Melissa Nassar

Melissa has 15+ years in architecture, design, and real estate development, and gets tremendous joy in delighting clients with exceptional design. In addition to the iconic homes she helped create in Rehoboth Beach, her work can be spotted in the Philadelphia and Wilmington areas. Melissa specializes in interior design and real estate development.

Melissa grew up in Schuylkill County, PA, graduated from LaSalle University, and attended St. Joseph’s and Harvard University post graduate programs. After a successful 25 year career in the financial services industry, Melissa decided to pursue her passion and talent for architecture and design and launched WonderfulHomes with her business partner, Michael Zimmer. Melissa and her partner Sheila love traveling the world and spending time with family and friends.

Michael Zimmer

Michael has been in the business of making dreams come true for homeowners for over forty years. He is an architect, AIA member, and builder. Nearly thirty years ago Michael started Dakota Dawn Delineations, a design/build firm on the Philadelphia’s main line, and has designed and constructed countless single and multi-family homes, as well as commercial properties. Michael has developed a rigorous and disciplined approach to the design and construction process to ensure that your budget and timeline are met. Michael truly brings differentiated structural and architectural expertise, and has extensive knowledge of every aspect of the construction process.

Michael grew up in in the mid-West, graduated from Cornell University. Michael and his wife Jill live in Downingtown, Pa. They love spending time with their children and grandchildren, and enjoy traveling with friends and family.
